29th August 2005 Windsurfing: Brog Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: 26 Sea Temperature: 20 Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Just got back from Portsmouth, a nice weekend with the chance of a decent session, but no the South Coast I am now convinced is a sailing myth. It is never windy there, and when it is there is invariably more wind on a lake in Bedfordshire - I know - I've done both the same day several times! OK it's gusty in land, but that's part of the skill of it all! Denise & I had a nice time. Thanks very much for letting us stay Dave. At Brog they had F4-5 on Sunday and today I got planing on my Kombat and practiced a few more things. Great weekend. |
